Kahuna-Lite
Thanks to everyone who came out to the Bullfrog last Monday to wish me well and to hang out and enjoy the music; the night was a smashing success. We had a blast, and the tunes were great.
The special guest was the legendary Kimbo Reichley; not only did he bring not one, but two basses - one upright - but he was also recording the entire nights' tunage.
The recording is in the works; I am hoping to have a solid copy that I can cut and paste with by the time I leave for New England - next week. The updates will be posted on this webpage, and although I am not sure yet (depends on my financial investment into the project), I plan on having some or all of the album tracks available for free download on this site.
So keep checking back; please email me, if you have a few moments. Also, I think I'm going to start a Twitter feed; maybe or maybe not. Let me know if it's anything you'd follow. I've also heard the suggestion of having some guitar lessons available on the site.
One last note - as you can plainly see from the picture above, Joel's complaining about staring at our butts the whole evening on that drum-box-thing was really just a facade - you can see that he is indeed staring directly at either my or Chris' gluts, which were probably fantastic at that particular moment.
